On & Off


From a standstill 

  Swing your right leg over the stationary bike

Place your right foot on the pedal and put half your weight on it

Push off with the other foot and place it on the pedal

Start pedaling as quickly as possible and look in front of you. 


From movement 

Place your left foot on the left pedal.

Start trotting with your right foot.

When you have enough speed, swing your right leg over your bike.

Click right foot in and start pedaling.
