No Handed Track Stand

No handed track stand.png

Do you master the track mode so well that you hardly ever have to leave your pedals?

Time to try the No-handed track stand....

Put one foot on your front wheel and the other foot on the pedal.

Your foot must rest on the pedal, so place it 'forward'

and horizontal to the ground.

With your foot on the wheel you prevent your bike from moving off the spot.

Your handlebar (point) rests against your knee of the leg with which

you lean on the pedal. A steering angle of about 45 degrees is ideal.

Balancing is now a matter of putting pressure on your pedal, or putting pressure on it

on your front wheel. Mind you, it's not easy...
